How to Choose a Football Training DVD

Step-by-step Instructions

Here is what you need to do...
Step 1

The first step to purchasing a football training DVD is deciding what you want to learn. There are many different types such as, coaching, training, practicing, and drill DVD's. Each has its own specific way of teaching the material. If your looking to become a stronger and better athlete the training DVD would be ideal.

Step 2

On a personal note I have never seen DVD's such as these in a general spotting goods store. The one I had bought was online and had it shipped to me. I would suggest looking online to find the certain training DVD you are looking for. That way you have a wider selection and aren't limited to only a few.

Step 3

So, what lets you know that a DVD is good before you buy it? Well, the first thing I would look for is credibility. Who is it made buy? When was it made? What athletes endorse it? These are questions you should be able to address and answer when looking at the back of the DVD.

Step 4

Another thing you should keep track of is how long the DVD is. Some companies will make short DVD's but sell them in a series. They make more money by doing this. I would check to make sure its one long DVD with maybe a few chapters or sections that way your not buying more DVD's.

Step 5

These DVD's can be very helpful when used correctly. Use them with friends or other teammates to make them more entertaining.

Special Attention

Difficulties people often experience or parts that need special attention to do it right.

Some DVD's can say "for beginners" if you are new to the sport I would buy it. If not, buy something that is more advanced because the beginner DVD would be a waste of money to you.
