You may download only material displayed and identified on the Site as specifically available for downloading. Such material is for noncommercial; personal use only, provided you also retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the materials. You may not, however, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, repost or use the content of the Site for public or commercial purposes, including the text, images, audio and video without Content Planner Media's written permission.

Related Issues

Although Content Planner Media may from time to time monitor or review discussions, chats, postings, transmissions, bulletin boards, and the like on the Site (“Postings”), Content Planner Media is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such Posting, nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger or inaccuracy contained in any information within such Postings on the Site.

Copyright Complaints (DMCA policy)

Content Planner Media respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our registered users to do the same. Registered users are expressly forbidden from copying text content from other websites and pasting said text in our “Self-Publishing Tool”. Content Planner Media may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, suspend or terminate the access of and take other action against users, subscribers, registrants and account holders who infringe the copyright rights of others.

If you believe that your work has been copied and is accessible on the Site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may notify Content Planner Media by providing the following information (as required by the Online Copyright Infringement Liability Limitation Act of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. sec. 512) to our copyright agent set forth below:

Terms for Participating in Our “Contributor” or “Spokesmodel” Program

We operate a program that compensates select registered users which we call a “Contributor” also known as our “Spokesmodel” Program. /

Eligibility and Acceptance into the Program

You must be enrolled as a student at any USA, Canadian, UK or Australian college or university with a physical campus to be part of this program.

To be selected to be part of our program, you must first submit one topic using our “Self-Publishing Tool” and have it approved by our editors. (We compensate you for using our “Self-Publishing Tool” after we approve what you submitted and may request that you improve your submission. If changes are requested, you must make changes to your topic before we will compensate you.)

(The text you submit through our tool must be original and must not be copied from other websites.)

If you make the changes requested by our staff, we will email you to inform you that you have been selected for the program. You must then provide your mailing address and we will issue payment via check sent via U.S. Mail.

If you are not selected for our program, your submission will not be published on our site and you will not be compensated. Additionally, if you are not selected for the program, you can deactivate your account by logging into our site, visiting the “account settings” page and clicking “Deactivate Account.” If your profile page(s) are not removed from our site within three days, please contact us (via email) to request for us to delete any profile pages.

Text Ownership

Once you submit text through our “Self-Publishing Tool”, and you have accepted payment for the same, the text becomes the property of Content Planner Media and you agree to allow Content Planner Media sole and universal rights to use this content. By accepting payment from us, you agree not to publish the text you submit through our Self-Publishing Tool any other website.

Content Planner Media is under no obligation to use any Submission.

By using our “Self-Publishing Tool”, you agree to permit us to add to, remove parts thereof, correct grammar, sentence structure or spelling and otherwise modify text in any way we see fit, however, Content Planner Media is under no obligation to do so.

You further acknowledge and warrant that any Submission made through our “Self-Publishing Tool” contains only your own material and content or material and content that you have undeniable rights to use, and that Content Planner Media's use will not violate any third party's rights.

Usage of Your Name

Once you submit text through our “Self-Publishing Tool”, and you have accepted payment for the same, you agree to allow us to use your name as the author of that content. You cannot use anonymous names or fake names. However, you can request that we change your last name to an initial.

Other Requirements for Contributors / Spokesmodels

You agree to submit data to be published on your profile page. Minimal data required includes biography, college major, rank in college, and graduation date.

You agree to upload and maintain an Avatar image on our site that shows your face.

You agree to allow us to send you email messages necessary to the successful conduct of our business relationship.

You agree to add your mailing address - to which we can send payments.

Permanency of Profile Pages After Compensation

Our registration form automatically creates a publicly-available profile page, available for all the world to see. Users who have received and accepted payment from us for any reason, do not have the ability to remove profile pages. However, users can easily remove text (ecluding biography, college major, rank in college, and graduation date) from any profile page. A profile page is required for every “tip" page published on our site. Once you have used our “Self-Publishing Tool”, (and received payment from us) we cannot delete the profile page associated with that Tip.

Removal of Profile Pages

If you have never been compensated by us, you can deactivate your account by logging into our site, visiting the “account settings" page and clicking “Deactivate Account.” If your profile page(s) are not removed from our site within three days, please contact us (via email or voicemail) to request for us to delete any profile pages.
