Push-Ups - Wide Hand Position

Differentiation: Mechanics

This variation of a Push-Up is unique. Here is how: you place your hands wider than your shoulders. | Your hands are closer together when performing a normal push-up. You activate your triceps when your hands are closer together. This wider hand position intensely builds your outer chest muscles.
