Push-Ups - Close Triceps Position

a.k.a. Pushups - Close Triceps Position

Differentiation: Mechanics

This variation of a Push-Up is unique. Here is how: you keep your hands close together. Using this hand position activates and increases the strength of your triceps. | When you perform a normal push-up, your hands are wider apart. A wide hand position would work your chest muscles.
