My Workout Routine

basketball everyday for 2 hours 5 days a week for my cardio and weight training 4 days a week. typical mix up with specific areas one day and full body next day. I go to failure with 3 sets of endurance training for all my workouts cycle then mix it to 3 sets of 12-15 my next phase.
