Abdominal Fallout Using Suspension System

a.k.a. Suspended Abdominal Fallout, Trx Fallout, Blast Straps Fallout

Differentiation: Mechanics

This variation of the abdominal rollout is unique. Here is how: you lean forward while holding onto suspension straps. The straps become taut and stabilize your body, Stabilizing your body allows for a more controlled movement. This exercise is good for beginners because your entire body is supported. This support stabilizes your body and allows your abs to work less.
