Bent Over Lateral Raise

A variation on the lateral raise performed with the torso leaning forward almost parallel to the floor, shifting the stress primarily to the posterior deltoid. It can be done seated, standing, or on one knee, the palms should face downwards throughout the movement, and a weightlifter should "squeeze" the posterior deltoids at the top of the movement.
