Double Kettlebell Windmill

Differentiation: Mechanics

This variation of a windmill is unique from other Windmill exercises. Here is how: you use two kettlebells | instead of one kettlebell. Using two kettlebells requires you to engage your entire core to maintain balance. Using two kettlebells also works both sides of your body during a single set. Remember, you must keep your working arm overhead throughout the movement. [You work one arm for a full set, | then switch the kettlebell to your other arm.]
