Cable Shoulder Press

a.k.a. Standing Shoulder Press With Cables

Differentiation: Mechanics

This variation of a Standing Shoulder Press is unique. Here is how: you simultaneously press using both arms. Pressing simultaneously allows you to maximize the force output from your deltoids, which increases their overall strength. You also use a cable machine | instead of using dumbbells or an Olympic bar. The cable machine maximizes the amount of continual resistance applied to your deltoids throughout each rep. Maximizing resistance increases the overall definition and endurance of your shoulders.
