Breadless Sandwiches - making a sandwich without bread

If you have eliminated bread from your diet, you can still eat a sandwich.

Here's how:

Just wrap meat and vegetables in romaine or red leaf lettuce. Wrap up your new sandwich in lettuce and have at it.

The key is to choose lettuce with large leaves.

Once you develop enough muscle to turn girls on, you can show off your new physique by getting accepted as a Campus Man. Just wear a tank top when you shoot your photo. You can also position the camera at a slight angle so your guns (arms) are fully visible in your photo. Remember, building muscularity is worthless if nobody gets to sees what you have built!
