Low Cable Crossover

Differentiation: Mechanics

This variation of a Crossover is unique. Here is how: you set the machine's pulley low. The setting causes you to pull upward, | instead of pulling the weight horizontally, | (like you would do when performing normal upright cable chest flyes). This angle works your upper pectorals. Working your upper pectorals increases their overall definition. You also use a cable machine. The cable machine maximizes the amount of resistance applied to your upper pecs throughout each rep. Maximizing resistance increases their endurance.
