Seated Total Abdominal Crunch Machine

This variation of a crunch is unique. Here is how: you use a machine called a Total Abdominal Crunch. The machine moves both your torso and your legs simultaneously, | causing you to work every part of your core simultaneously.


Starting Position

To get into starting position, do this...

1) Locate an Ab Crunch Machine.

2) Sit on the Ab Crunch Machine.

3) Grasp the the machine's handles located next to your head.

Main Mechanics

Once in starting position, do this...

1) This is the starting position.

3) Flex your abs as you bend forward on the machine.

4) At peak contraction, hold the position for a count of one second.

5) Then, lower yourself back to starting position using a slow and controlled movement.
