Reverse Crunch Using Suspension System

Differentiation: Mechanics

This variation of a reverse crunch is unique. Here is how: you pull your knees in toward your chest | while your feet hang from a set of suspension straps. This movement engages your core in an isometric contraction | as well as the reverse crunch's normal concentric contraction.

Be sure to use your core to move your body instead of moving the weight with your arms. Keeping the resistance to your core will ensure that this exercise offers the most beneficial effects.
