Crazy Street Fight During Model's Photo Shoot

A fistfight almost broke out at this photo shoot in Key West between male models and island locals. In the middle of photographing Andy at a Key West dock, the photographer noticed some kids in the background behind Andy. The shots were ruined because the kids could be seen in the photo.

Andy turned around and cussed at the kids, telling them to get lost. The kids hurried away and the shoot continued.

However, the kids returned 20 minutes later with their fathers - eight rough and tough Key West locals carrying baseball bats. Each father held a bat in front of a crew member, ready to swing his bat at any minute.

A street-wise model from New York City named Rob was also at the shoot. Rob approached one father to talk the photo crew out of trouble. Rob kept the father occupied and until the police arrived. As police cars rolled up to the beach, the fathers ran away with their bats.

"All I was concerned about at the time was getting my expensive light meter safely packed away," our photographer said. "We narrowly didn't get our asses kicked because Rob talked us out of it."

Although a fight was avoided, this was a lesson to the photo crew to always treat locals with respect!
