Jogging to Wake Up Your Body for Sunrise Shoots
Sunrise shoots are great because they generally offer privacy because most people are asleep.
But models often arrive with that "just woke up" appearance on their faces.
When a model arrives at a photo shoot at 6AM, his face can appear noticeably different from how his face looks at 2PM.
To correct this, a photographer can have a model jog for 10-15 minutes. This wakes em up!
Brent posed for a sunrise shoot on the roof of a houseboat on the ocean in Key West. Brent jogged around the island at 4AM before the shoot.
Matt is jogging in place at this sunrise shoot to loosen up and encourage his body to sweat.
Mike jogged around the block near his shoot location.
Travis simply jogged in circles around a volleyball court used for his shoot.
