I 100% agree with this video, Legs are grueling especially at first and leave me the most tired training them average of two times a week. However, the benefits associated with leg training is phenomenal and neglecting them to be lazy and only train upper-body as if the rest doesn't matter is ridiculous. Legs are important and should be trained as hard as the rest of our body.

Once you develop enough muscle to turn girls on, you can show off your new physique by getting qualified to become a Campus Man. Just upload a photo that shows some muscle when you register to become a Campus Man. Remember, building muscularity is worthless if nobody gets to sees what you have built!
