Many students encounter a weightlifting plateau. Also, called a training rutt, a plateau means you stay at the weight for an extended period of time. You can overcome a weightlifting plateau by changing your routine or individual exercises. Personal Trainer Bill Willis prescribes a solution to overcome weightlifting plateaus that called for better use of what you eat. In this series of videos, Bill evaluates the diet and current workout of a Georgia Tech college Student. Then he gives the student a new diet plan. Bill says the student can overcome his plateau by changing his diet.

Since most students are interested in supplement discounts because they wish to save money, Bill told the student to cut out one pricey supplement because the supplement was not working.

Bill discusses the new diet plan and perscribes a new workout plan that is more intense and takes less time in the gym. The workout choose certain exercises to employ "redundancy" which causes some muscle groups to be worked multiple times during the same week.

Personal trainers are not always for beginners. These videos show the advantages for a weightlifter to use a personal trainer. Trainers can show you how to overcome your weightlifting plateau and build the mass you desire!

Bill combines the diet plan with a 4-day split workout program that is more intense and efficient than his previous workout plan.
