Bodybuilding Breakfast
Bodybuilding Breakfast

Right in the morning I'll take a whey protein product. I'm currently on Optimum Nutrition's Gold Standard Natural Whey. there's no artificial flavors, colors or sweeteners, so it's a good product for just a basic whey. Got it off of DPS nutrition. It's a good solid protein in the morning. Which is that's what you want. You want to get in more protein in the morning time. So, this is a very good product. Along with my meal in the morning, I'll take a multivitamin. And currently I'm taking vita work and you can get this at Wal-Mart. It has all your major B vitamins, vitamin C. It has all the major vitamins and minerals that a bodybuilder or a person who is looking to get fit should take. So, I think this ran me about nine bucks at Wal-Mart. So, this is a good product.
Also, this is one that I got recently. It's Norwegian Cod Liver Oil. It's made by Carlson. I got this off of VitaminShoppe dot com and it sounds nasty, but it's not. It has a great lemon flavor. It tastes really good. You wouldn't even know that its fish oil actually. And what this does is: it improve your joints. Improves your mood. There's even been a study that it will actually help you grow muscle, like 13% I think it was in an animal study, by muscle and fitness actually, the animals actually gained 13% more muscle mass and 12 weeks while taking fish oil. So, good product and it tastes good.
