We went back to his room to confront his drunk ass but he was already passed out so we left him alone.

Day 2

The next afternoon we were up and headed to lunch when we confronted old Fist Fuck Freddie. He claimed he didn't remember much since he was drunk but we filled him on what happened with his girl. I told him he needed to chill on so much drinking and maybe he would have a better time in bed with the honeys.

Our plan was to hit the American ATM after lunch and then run by 4X4 so we could finally check it out. We dined on our usual half chicken, rice, mashed potatoes, and vegetables. I was also hooked on this soda made only in Brazil called Guarana Antarctica, which is actually made by Coca-Cola. After we left the Diner we walked up to the Blockbuster where the ATM was located. We continually harassed T.H. about his previous nights exploits.

I got some cash from the ATM and exited the vestibule to find JDR talking to a really cute girl who worked at a Tourist Information Center. Her English wasn't too good but we managed to hold a broken conversation with her. T.H. was inside having problems with the ATM machine so we didn't have a clue what was going on with him. He came out and threw his hands in the air in disgust and told us he couldn't withdraw any cash from his account. JDR and I had to laugh even though he didn't find anything funny. He went back in and tried the machine a few more times and still came back with nothing. This time he was cussing mad and I guess JDR and I laughing hysterically didn't help matters. I told him not to worry and that I would spot him a couple hundred bucks to get him by. He felt a little better but still wanted to call his bank to see why he was getting refused for funds when he just got paid earlier that day and his check should've been direct deposited.

T.H. stayed behind so he could call his bank while JDR and I jumped in a taxi to go hit 4X4. We were caught in rush hour traffic so it took us longer to get there than expected which meant we missed the before 5pm free entrance fee. The building was located right downtown in a section we had been to several times before, we just didn't know where to look.
