How to Use an Arm Blaster

Step-by-step Instructions

Here is what you need to do...
Step 1

It's absolutely true that the biceps are the most paid attention to muscle when it comes to physique. Girls pay attention, guys pay respect, and judges always noticed a bulging pair of biceps. How can you get biceps that represent Arnold Schwarzenegger's? Simple, grab yourself an arm blaster.

Step 2

The arm blaster is a piece of equipment that helps with standing EZ bar curls and standing dumbbell curls.

Step 3

In the following paragraphs I'll talk about the arm blaster I've linked below, and I'll also talk about how arm blasters help you get your biceps in the most bulbous shape of their lives. Read on.

Step 4

Using an arm blaster the right way simply involves locking it into the correct place. Once you figure out how the blaster fits onto your frame, all you have to do is allow your elbows to snug their way into the pads at each side.

Step 5

The arm blaster hooks onto your body with a pair of straps that wrap around your neck and attach to the blaster.

Step 6

The blaster itself is a longish piece of material that lays just under your chest, runs straight along your body and has slight indents at each end for your arms to hang in front of. Your elbows fit snugly into the padding, where the blaster helps to keep your arms in perfect form for doing EZ bar curls and dumbbell curls.

Step 7

You simply strap the blaster on and make it comfortably tight, then pick up the weight you're planning to lift and lay your elbows in the pads at each end.

Step 8

Then you lift the weight, allowing your elbows to press tightly into the pads, which help promote an increased amount of blood flow to your biceps.

Step 9

The arm blaster allows you to perform standing curls in a way that makes them feel and work very similarly to preacher curls. With the additional opportunity to use more weight. This is fantastic news to all of you who are seeking to grow your biceps big and strong.

Step 10

The arm blaster that I've linked below is red and is weaved out of many-threaded nylon. The pads at each end are black and are made of a softer kind of nylon that is easy and comfortable on the elbows. This arm blaster is built to sustain a whole lot of resistance, so whether you're a pro bodybuilder or an amateur lifter, you'll be just fine. The form of this blaster is designed so that your arms can lock in comfortably and explode from the bottom of each curl in a way that gives you every chance to build your biceps into massive balls of power. Body-Solid products always come with great quality, and the arm blaster is no different. You'll find yourself using it for years and recommending it to all of your friends.

Special Attention

Difficulties people often experience or parts that need special attention to do it right.

Using an arm blaster the right way just comes down to locking it into the correct place. Once you figure out how the blaster fits onto your frame, all you have to do is allow your elbows to snug their way into the pads at each and Wahlah- you're lifting like a champ. You should grab one of these as soon as possible. They're pretty cheap, and your biceps will thank you big time by growing Big Time. Boom

Funny or interesting story about this topic...

The first time I ever saw an arm blaster was in a picture of Arnold S. He was wearing one while doing standing EZ bar curls and his biceps looked absolutely massive. I didn't even realize what the blaster was at first, but the more I saw the photo the more i questioned the apparatus strapped across Arnold's chest. Turns out he was involved in all the cutting edges of bodybuilding equipment long before any of us were even born. And if the champ was using blasters, I figured I had to get one too. Don't you agree?

When did you first do this & how did you get started?

I got my arm blaster during my sophomore year of college and my biceps have never been happier. The blaster allows me to lift with perfect form and ridiculously heavy weight, which has propelled my biceps into massive and unending growth over the past 2 years. Trust me, if you don't get one of these you're missing out on a lot of potential gains. So happy lifting, and hopefully you'll be lifting with the blaster soon,
J
