After a little bit of convincing, these guys decide to go to the gym together.  They then put together a montage of working out.

What we like about this Video

-These guys are pretty funny at times.

-Looks like they just wanted to throw a video together and make it up as they go along.  Seems like they had a fun time doing it.

Maybe Next time.

-The somewhat improvised dialogue is annoying.  If they wrote some dialogue they could get to the point quicker.

-Lighting is too low in the beginning.

-Careful using licensed music.  They could take your video off of youtube.

Have you seen the commercials for those portable doorway chin-up bars?  Have you wondered if they actually work?  Watch this video and find out for yourself.

What we like about this Video

-It's really simple.  Anybody with a camera or webcam could make this video and post it to the internet.

-To assure us that it's a real portable chin-up bar, he lets us see the whole process.  He removes it from the box, unscrews it, screws it in to the doorway, and starts going.

-He shows us all of the ways you can use it.

Maybe Next time.

-He is showing off and making me look stupid.  So what if I can't do that many chin-ups.

-The video could have been a bit shorter.

This huge guy proves his dominance to the world, by bench pressing 225 pounds, 27 times.  That's impressive.  I can top that though.  I have bench pressed 27 pounds 225 times.

What we like about this Video

-The scream in the end.  I swear he only did it for effect.

-The guy wearing a superman shirt spotting him.  He could probably bench that with his mind.

Maybe Next time.

-Speaking of, can we see somebody bench press something with their mind?  Now THAT would be cool.

-The title SAYS he is bench pressing 225 pounds, but the video never documents this.  How are we to know it's not 27 pounds?

Three guys lift weights on a webcam, but throw in some jokes and a bit of a narrative. Actually enjoyable.

What we like about this Video

-It's very simple. They just use a webcam and make a fun video. What's great about this is that anyone can do it. Webcams are cheap, and there's no editing involved. Great example from these guys.

-The guys watching the other weightlifter and eating popcorn was funny.

-Took quite a surprising turn and the end, and it made me laugh, especially when the two "living" guys looked at the camera.

Maybe Next time.

-It's quite repetitive. You guys could have made this much shorter and it would have had the same effect while taking up less time.

-Careful when using licensed music!

-No need for the credits at the end (although I will admit, thanking a pizza place in a workout video was pretty funny).

A workout instructor gives us tips on how to properly work out, doing mainly leg exercises.  The trick here is, the legs she is using to demonstrate are not her own.  It appears she's being extra flexible, when really, it's just her friend moving her legs.

What we like about this Video

-It was a nice physical joke.

-While the video was almost two and a half minutes long, she did a nice job staying in character the whole time.

-They did a nice job choreographing the movement with the actual girl and the fake legs.  That must have taken some practice.

Maybe Next time.

-It was too apparent that those were not her legs.  They could have been a little more creative with covering it up.

-On the same note, there was no need to show us the girl who was "the legs" in the end.

-I would give an arm and a leg for some better jokes in there.  Oh dear, I'm done.
