Another sketch from the group "Not Quite Ripe" at Syracuse University.  A guy wonders why girls don't like him, and is listing all the possibilities to his friend (a girl).  As he reveals some possible reasons, girls walk by and ignore him.  At the end, we find out it's just because he has a mullet.

What we like about this Video

-It's short and to the point.

-At least they got to a punch line.

Maybe Next time.

-The punch line just isn't very good.  I was expecting a lot more.

-Mullets were funny five years ago.  The joke has sort of died.

This is another video from Syracuse University's sketch comedy group "Not Quite Ripe."  In this video, their "news reporter" Johnny on the Spot investigates the walk of shame.  He catches a girl in the morning who is on the walk of shame and talks to her about it.  Unfortunately it is just a sketch, he did not actually catch somebody on the walk of shame.

What we like about this Video

-There is some really funny dialogue in this video.  Especially her claim that she was getting up for church and he points out that it is saturday.

-They have created a funny character in Johnny on the Spot.  This is a character who could be used for multiple videos.

Maybe Next time.

-If you could do this video, but actually catch somebody on the walk of shame and talk to them about it, that would be comedy gold.

-Making fun of the walk of shame when we've all been on the walk of shame?...For shame.

In this video by a group that calls themselves "Not Quite Ripe," a creepy guy attempts to sneak up on a girl and attack her.  She seems him coming and begins to run.  She is worried about how to get away, when she remembers the safety blue lights on campus.  She presses it and the guy disappears.

What we like about this Video

-A funny parody of the use of the safety lights on a college campus.

-The video is not trying to accomplish too much.  It is short and simple.

-Not bad with the special effects.

Maybe Next time.

-Extend the chase just a bit, throwing in some funny situations along the way.

-Put a twist on the whole concept.  Maybe it doesn't work at all?
