I just had to post this promotional video from Troy University's Delta Chi chapter, because it contains everything you would expect a video about frat guys to contain. Check it out.

What we like about this Video

-Sideways hats, giving the camera the finger, drinking, crappy rock music. It's exactly what you would expect it to be.

-I love that it gives no information about the frat. Just shows the above mentioned things.

Maybe Next time.

-I would like them to describe what the hell that luau going on was.

-More girls? Isn't that the reason most guys join frats?

Inside This Video

In this sketch from a group called "the imponderables" a parking meter dude is about to give out a ticket.  The owner of the car begs him not to.  They realize they are from the same fraternity and go into a two minute elaborate hand shake.  He is about to get off without a ticket, when the officer realizes that they changed the last part of the handshake.  He gives him the ticket and leaves.

What we like about this Video

-The hand shake is so elaborate and stupid.  Perfect.  It reminds me of a Will Ferrell/Cheri Oteri cheer from SNL.

-The shot from the inside of the restaurant when the cop is replaced by a dummy and is being thrown all around.

-Great dedication.  It must have taken a while to choreograph that.

Maybe Next time.

-The film quality is a little low.

-I know the hardest part about sketch comedy is coming up with an ending, but this one could be better.

Inside This Video

A fake ad for a fraternity called "I Phelta Guy." The joke here being that all frat guys are gay and insecure. The video works as an informercial about why you should join that frat.

What we like about this Video

-A clever premise, even if it's a little bit too easy. More effort than we usually see put into a video.

-"Are you confused about your sexuality?" "Yes." "Do you have a small penis?" "....Yes." Nice delivery of that line.

Maybe Next time.

-There are so many more shots you could take at frats, and the video could have been longer.

-The "random" guys delivering lines on the street could have given us some better acting.
