Inside This Video

There's not much to dislike in this video of guys putting their exercise balls to use. It contains a sequence of shots of daring, idiotic guys running at each other full-speed holding exercise balls. Just before they meet, they jump, sending them flying through the air. Everything from the music, to the great pain they experience makes watching it a good time.

What we like about this Video

-It's short, simple, and hilarious!

-The laughter it gives you is an ab workout in itself, meaning you won't have to go anywhere near an exercise ball (and after this video, who would want to?).

-Clever editing keeps it short, but packed with lots of collisions.
