i work out five days a week at American Sportsplex.
Monday: legs
Tuesday:chest
wednesday:back
thursday:shoulders
friday:arms
i'm planning on getting bigger soon. I want to get up to 170lbs and then cut within the next couple of months. I'm not bulking at the moment. I'll start that in winter
