How Skinny Guys Pack on Muscle

If you are naturally a very skinny guy than gaining muscle may not be that simple. However, you must try and the way to do that is to just eat like a bear. I know it sounds crazy but you got to eat everything that is not nailed down. It should be mainly healthy food that you consume but some junk food won't hurt. You basically just have to force yourself to eat because thats the only way you'll get big. You have to eat big to get big.

Secondly, you need to lift heavy. You need to go extremely heavy in the gym so you build that core strength and mass. If you go heavy it will stimulate new growth by putting imense strain on the muscle. It will also shock your body and therefore the heavy lifting along with eating big will have an anabolic effect on your body and most likely you will turn into a freak of nature. You just need to stick with it and don't get discouraged if you don't see results right away.
