Stress is something that is really hurtful. I deal with it everyday, the more goal oriented you are the more stress you will most likely have. Pro-longed stress eventually will physically destroy you and may even kill you. Stress will siginificantly hurt you from building muscle and making gains in the gym. The best way to deal with stress is to find a positive way to look at things in life and always have a sense of humor about things. More often then not most things we stress about can easily be made light of into a joking matter. A little laughter might save you from losing muscle and always enabling you to build additional muscle.
