For me, caffeine is extremely effective. I work 3 jobs and now because it is cutting season I am in the gym twice a day. Drinking black coffee, red line and sugar free red bull are what keep me going due to the carbohydrate depletion and lack of sleep. I understand that I have responsibilites and nobody is going to care that I'm not ready or not prepared. I have to do whatever it takes to be successful all aspects of my life. Failure is simply not an option and because I have no time for myself I rely on caffeine to get me through my long days of work both in the gym and at the office.
