Spring Break in Vegas: Las Vegas Monorail

Avoid the monorail that runs on the east side of The Strip between The Sahara and MGM Grand. It's a bit pricey ($5 per ride) and the stops are a good walking distance from the hotel doors. The monorail was not the best idea Vegas ever had! Smaller, free trams run between Mandalay Bay and Excalibur, as well as Treasure Island and the Mirage. They run frequently, but are often packed.
