About Joe...
When you first learn that Joe has been the captain and four year letterman on the OSU track team and holds Ohio high school track and field two records for the long jump, you might be surprised to hear that this All-American jock is a pretty down to earth guy. He is a very pleasant and respectful person who loves to help others -- when he is not busy getting attention!
While he is a pretty easy going guy, he does take looking good seriously. Most people are surprised to learn that he cuts his hair himself. Whether it is his clothes or skin care products, you always see him with the best labels. With all that fashionable clothing, you probably wouldn't notice he has a tattoo of a muscular kangaroo on the side of his right calve.
Another thing this all-around nice guy takes seriously is competition.
"I am extremely competitive," he says. "I make everything a competition -- basketball, volleyball, even Trivial Pursuit. I want to win. I get the game face on and wanna take care of business."
