Male College Students Become Calendar Men
OSU has hunks to last a year

When it comes to counting the days, beefcake sells better than cheesecake.
That's why three OSU marketing students focused on the male animal when they produced Buckeye Men, a calendar featuring a dozen of Ohio State's best-looking candidates for BMOC.
Partners Ed Allen, Tony Campagni and Scott Jordan sent me a copy of their project, which is for sale and area bookstores.
Just for fun I took an informal survey among two dozen women to see whether these guys really are prime cuts. Seems they are. While most of the women are in their post college years, many said they'd go back to school to catch these young Bucks.
And, while no decisive winner emerged, the comments from these judges speak volumes.
"Give me January," said one woman old enough to be a grandmother "He looks like they got him when he wasn't looking. Which is what I like to do."
Ditto another who fancies men in their 40's. "Just plain drop-dead good-looking," she said of model Tim Straker.
March is the most," someone said of bare-chested Anthony Capasso. "He's in premed. He can practice on me all he wants."
Several who liked June's Dave Wilkins said he looks and Tom Seleck, which he does. At 25, he also is the oldest, which may explain his popularity.
"The problem is they're all wearing too much clothes, a disappointed voter said.
Age, or rather the lack of it, was and often-mentioned lament. But a woman who fancied November's 20 year-old Mark Grogg said she didn't mind.
He's young, but he looks like he might make it through the night."
And you women call us sexists
